2014 is already turning out to be quite the year for actress Lupita Nyong'o. Last week, her star role as Patsy in 12 Years a Slave received a Golden Globe award for Best Drama. Today, Nyong'o got an Oscar nomination for her work.
A relatively unknown actress, a Kenyan born in Mexico and educated at Yale, Nyong'o is taking it ... in style.

The actress is absolutely flawless in every photograph. Her hair is usually cropped in a TWA and her velvet skin is perfect. Her outfits are stylish and classy, with her penchant for bright colors and bold lip choices. S
She's, clearly, the new 'it' girl in Hollywood -- a role that I'm glad she reprised. Love it when a dark- skin woman can shine because, quite frankly, you don't see it that often. And shine Nyong'o does, thanks to her stylist Micaela Erlanger, who is always on point with Nyong'o's looks.
