Actress Paula Patton stepped out in a lacy, racy number on the red carpet premiere of "Baggage Claim." Designed by Rhea Costa, the peek-a-boo dress has some, umm, strategically placed cut outs. Personally, I think it's edgy and sexy, just enough before it's too much.
